  • Site Staff: full or part-time, regular or temporary-seasonal employment for Gardener and Grounds Maintenance positions. Qualifications are based on the particular opening and may include:
    • Horticultural background, plant knowledge
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an outdoor environment
    • Good communication and organizational skills
    • Team player
    • Irrigation installation and maintenance knowledge
    • General mechanical skills
    • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
    • Weekend availability
    • High school diploma or GED; Master Gardener training very helpful
  • Event Staff: full or part-time, regular or temporary-as-needed employment for Facility Rental, Host or Hostess, and Special Events positions. Qualifications are based on the particular opening and may include:
    • Hospitality and/or event experience
    • Excellent guest services skills
    • Good communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
    • Ability to demonstrate creativity and initiative
    • Strong problem solving ability
    • Weekend and evening availability; flexible schedule
    • Ability to work inside and out with extended periods of standing
    • High school diploma or GED
  • Gift Shop Staff: full or part-time, regular or temporary-as-needed employment for Gift Shop Assistant position. Qualifications are based on the particular opening and may include:
    • Flexible scheduling during peak times
    • Excellent guest services skills
    • Retail and/or Reception experience a plus
    • Cash register and multi-line telephone experience
    • Good communication skills/abilities
    • Weekend and evening availability
    • Strong problem solving ability
    • Ability to perform a variety of tasks
  • Admin Staff: full or part-time, regular or temporary-as-needed employment for various administration positions. Qualifications are based on the particular opening and may include:
    • Strong computer skills
    • Microsoft Office and database program experience
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Good communication and organization skills
    • Ability to perform a variety of tasks
    • Attention to detail
    • High school diploma or GED
